Chef Curtis,
About 10 Months ago I contacted you after being directed to your website by
my mother. I asked for your advice with regards to a person with a
disability attending Culinary School. With the straightforward advice you
gave me and knowing what I was getting myself into I applied to Florida
Culinary Institute In West Palm Beach and entered the Food and Beverage
Management Program. I started my 1st class (introduction to Culinary
Principals) in April.   I successfully completed that class in June with a
4.0 and Received My ServSafe Sanitation Certification as well. I am now
finishing my second term class and currently hold a 4.0 in that class as
well. I want to thank you for your vote of Confidence
